Meet the group of Toronto volunteers spreading joy through community aid
For some Toronto residents, the most gratifying part of the week is when they give back to their local communities.
That’s the case for members of Toronto Joy, a group that meets regularly to volunteer at local non-profits. With over 400 members and growing, founder Amar Khanderia said the group gives people a way to live life in a better way.
Volunteers can be found supporting the daily meal program at Good Shepherd Ministries, helping Fred Victor host community events, and providing hot meals and clothing at the Trinity Community Hub.
